Cookie Policy
Effective Date: Sep 2026 | Version 3.0
This Cookie Policy explains how UniQreate, Inc. (doing business as "SageX"; "SageX," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies on our website (uniqreate.com & sagexglobal.ai) and platform, including the SageX Prime. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy (sagexglobal.ai/privacy-policy) and Terms & Conditions (sagexglobal.ai/terms-and-conditions).
For questions, contact: admin@sagexglobal.com
1. WHAT ARE COOKIES?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile) when you visit a website or use a web-based platform. They are widely used to make websites and applications work efficiently, to remember your preferences, and to keep sessions secure.
Similar technologies we may use include:
- Session storage: data stored temporarily in your browser for the duration of a session only.
- Local storage: data stored in your browser that persists between sessions to remember your settings and preferences.
2. HOW WE USE COOKIES
SageX uses cookies that are strictly necessary to operate our website and platform, cookies that remember your preferences, and a limited set of analytics cookies that help us understand how our website is used so we can improve it. We do not use advertising, marketing, or retargeting cookies, and we do not share cookie data with third-party advertising networks.
3. TYPES OF COOKIES WE USE
3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential for the website and platform to function. Without them, core services such as authentication, session management, and security cannot operate. They are set automatically when you access the website or log in to the platform and cannot be disabled without significantly affecting functionality.
Examples:
- Session authentication tokens that keep you securely logged in.
- Security cookies that protect against cross-site request forgery (CSRF).
- Load balancing cookies that ensure stable platform performance.
- Cookies that remember your acceptance of this policy.
These cookies do not collect personal information beyond what is necessary to maintain your session and keep it secure.
3.2 Functionality Cookies
These cookies remember choices you make and personalize your experience. They are not essential but improve usability and reduce friction when you return to the website or platform.
Examples:
- Remembering your language or region preference.
- Saving your display or interface settings within the platform.
- Retaining form inputs so you do not have to re-enter information.
These cookies do not track your behavior across other websites and are not used for any advertising purpose.
3.3 Analytics Cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors use our website — which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, and how they navigate the site — so that we can improve its performance and content. They are set on our public website and are not active within the logged-in platform.
Cookies we use for this purpose:
- _ga (Google Analytics) — distinguishes unique visitors; expires after 13 months.
- _ga_LPY2HHWF2B (Google Analytics) — persists session state for our Google Analytics 4 property; expires after 13 months.
- _clck (Microsoft Clarity) — persists a Clarity visitor ID and preferences across sessions; expires after 1 year.
- _clsk (Microsoft Clarity) — links a visitor’s page views together within a single Clarity session recording; expires after 1 day.
Microsoft Clarity may also record aggregated information about how visitors move through and interact with our pages (such as scrolling and clicks) to help us improve the site. This information is used only to understand and improve our own website and is not used for advertising.
4. OUR LIMITS ON COOKIE USE
To be clear about our approach:
- We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.
- We do not use third-party advertising cookies or pixels.
- We do not share cookie or analytics data with advertising networks or data brokers.
- We do not use cookies to build cross-site behavioral advertising profiles.
- Our analytics tools (Section 3.3) are used only to understand and improve our own website, not for advertising or profiling.
5. COOKIE DURATION
Cookies we set may be either:
- Session cookies: active only while your browser is open. These are deleted automatically when you close your browser or end your session.
- Persistent cookies: stored on your device for a fixed period to remember your preferences or recognize repeat visits. These expire automatically and can also be deleted manually at any time.
Strictly necessary cookies are primarily session-based. Functionality cookies may persist for up to 12 months. Analytics cookies persist for periods ranging from 1 day to 13 months, as set out in Section 3.3.
6. MANAGING COOKIES THROUGH YOUR BROWSER
You can manage, block, or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
- View which cookies have been set on your device.
- Block cookies from specific websites or all websites.
- Delete cookies stored on your device.
Browser-specific guidance:
- Google Chrome: Settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies and other site data
- Mozilla Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data
- Microsoft Edge: Settings > Cookies and Site Permissions
Please note that blocking or deleting strictly necessary cookies will affect your ability to use the SageX website and platform, including staying logged in and accessing secure areas.
7. COOKIES & THE SAGEX PLATFORM
When you use the SageX platform, cookies are used solely to maintain your authenticated session and support platform functionality. No marketing, advertising, or analytics cookies are active within the platform environment. Cookie data collected within the platform is not used for any purpose beyond operating your session securely.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Where third-party services are embedded in or linked from our website (such as video players or external tools), those third parties may set their own cookies subject to their own cookie and privacy policies. SageX does not control these cookies and is not responsible for them. We keep third-party integrations on our public website to a minimum to limit unnecessary cookie exposure.
9. YOUR CHOICES AND INTERNATIONAL USERS
Our website does not display a cookie consent banner. Strictly necessary and functionality cookies (Sections 3.1 and 3.2) are set automatically because they are required for the website and platform to operate. Analytics cookies (Section 3.3) are used to help us understand and improve the website.
You can control or disable cookies at any time through your browser settings (Section 6), or through the opt-out tools provided by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. If you would like us to make any change to how cookies are used on our website — including disabling analytics cookies for you — or if you have any questions about this policy, please email us at admin@sagexglobal.com and we will action your request.
If your jurisdiction’s requirements change, or if we introduce a consent-management mechanism, we will update this policy accordingly.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or applicable legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy at sagexglobal.ai/cookie-policy and update the effective date.
We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
