(doing business as "SageX"; "SageX," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies on our website (uniqreate.com & sagexglobal.ai) and platform, including SageX Prime. The consent controls described below apply to the public website at www.sagexglobal.ai. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy (sagexglobal.ai/privacy-policy) and Terms & Conditions (sagexglobal.ai/terms-and-conditions).

1. WHAT ARE COOKIES?

2. HOW WE USE COOKIES

SageX uses necessary cookies to operate the website and platform and optional analytics cookies to understand use of the public website. On www.sagexglobal.ai, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are separate choices and remain off until you allow them. We do not use advertising, marketing, or retargeting cookies, or share cookie data with third-party advertising networks.

3. TYPES OF COOKIES WE USE

3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the website and platform to function. Without them, core services such as authentication, session management, and security cannot operate. They are set automatically when you access the website or log in to the platform and cannot be disabled without significantly affecting functionality.

Examples:

Session authentication tokens that keep you securely logged in.
Security cookies that protect against cross-site request forgery (CSRF).
Load balancing cookies that ensure stable platform performance.
A consent cookie that remembers your public-site choices, the notice version, the time, and a receipt identifier for 180 days.

_ga_LPY2HHWF2B (Google Analytics) — persists session state for our Google Analytics 4 property; observed to expire after about 400 days.
_clck (Microsoft Clarity) — persists a Clarity visitor ID and preferences across sessions; expires after 1 year.
_clsk (Microsoft Clarity) — links a visitor’s page views together within a single Clarity session recording; expires after 1 day.

If you allow Microsoft Clarity, it may record information about how visitors move through and interact with public pages, such as scrolling and clicks. SageX uses this information to understand and improve the website, not for advertising.

To be clear about our approach:

We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies or pixels.
We do not share cookie or analytics data with advertising networks or data brokers.
We do not use cookies to build cross-site behavioral advertising profiles.
Our analytics tools (Section 3.3) are used only to understand and improve our own website, not for advertising or profiling.

Cookies we set may be either:

Session cookies: active only while your browser is open. These are deleted automatically when you close your browser or end your session.
Persistent cookies: stored on your device for a fixed period to remember your preferences or recognize repeat visits. These expire automatically and can also be deleted manually at any time.

Strictly necessary cookies are primarily session-based. The public-site consent cookie lasts 180 days. Functionality cookies may persist for up to 12 months. Analytics cookies persist for periods ranging from 1 day to about 400 days, as set out in Section 3.3.

7. COOKIES & THE SAGEX PLATFORM

When you use the SageX platform, cookies are used solely to maintain your authenticated session and support platform functionality. No marketing, advertising, or analytics cookies are active within the platform environment. Cookie data collected within the platform is not used for any purpose beyond operating your session securely.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Where third-party services are embedded in or linked from our website (such as video players or external tools), those third parties may set their own cookies subject to their own cookie and privacy policies. SageX does not control these cookies and is not responsible for them. We keep third-party integrations on our public website to a minimum to limit unnecessary cookie exposure.

9. YOUR CHOICES AND INTERNATIONAL USERS

The public website at www.sagexglobal.ai displays a cookie notice with Allow, Reject, and a Choose tools link. Allow starts both optional tools; Reject keeps both off. Choose tools lets you allow Google Analytics 4 or Microsoft Clarity independently. Necessary site functions remain on. Silence or closing the settings panel does not give consent.

Use Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw either choice at any time. Withdrawal stops the tools on the next page load and removes their first-party cookies where the browser permits. It does not undo data already collected while consent was active. You may also delete cookies through your browser or contact admin@sagexglobal.com with questions.

Your current choice, notice version, choice time, page, and a random receipt identifier are saved in this browser. Deleting browser data removes the local record and prompts a new choice on your next visit.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or applicable legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy at sagexglobal.ai/cookie-policy and update the effective date.
